Voices of Hongkongers (VOHK) is a community townhall series presented by Hongkongers in Britain (HKB), recreating the spirit of Hong Kong’s “City Forum” to reignite the spark of political discourse and to explore the identity and future of the Hongkonger diaspora.
Through these civic dialogues, we will explore:
- Local Empowerment: Exercising our rights under the BN(O) status to build political influence in the UK.
- A Heart Tied to Hong Kong: Assessing the current political climate and analysing its impact on the diaspora community.
- Community Positioning: Exploring the future of the diaspora, whilst discussing our collective goals and direction for development.
From June 2026 to January 2027, civic dialogues will be held across the following UK regions: Greater London, North West England, South West England, South East England, the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and Wales.
Together, we aim to empower Hongkongers across the UK, strengthen our collective voice, and shape the direction of our community for the years ahead.
