英國和香港的樓宇市場有不同的慣例，不少香港人在英國申請按揭或置業時遇到各類問題和挑戰。在這次網上講座中，英國港僑協會邀請了一位按揭經紀和一位建築師分享他們的專業意見，包括如何避免常見錯誤、最近物業市場的情況、新來英港人申請按揭的注意事項等。我們還邀請了一位最近置業的香港人，用自己的親身經歷為例，討論各位可以如何避免走冤枉路。此外，活動將設問答環節，各位可從中參考席間物業投資者、房東、代理人、福利顧問和房屋專家的見解。
There are different practices and rules in the housing market in the UK and Hong Kong. It is not uncommon to hear that Hongkongers might encounter issues when they purchase a property or apply for a mortgage in the UK. In this webinar, Hongkongers in Britain have invited a mortgage broker and an architect to share their professional advice, including how to avoid common mistakes, recent market trends and reminders for newly arrived Hongkongers who want to apply for a mortgage. We have also invited a Hongkonger who recently bought a house, and his story may help other Hongkongers avoid similar mistakes. There will also be a Q&A session where you can benefit from the insights of property investors, landlords, agents, welfare advisors, housing experts, who will be present in the audience among others.
