LGBTQ+ Bouldering Experience Day in London
攀石無分性別，對提升身體協調、力量、柔軟度有益之餘，亦講求策略。今次英國港僑協會 Project LGBTQ+ 挑選了一個設有不同難易程度路線的攀石場讓大家挑戰。無論你有沒有攀石經驗，都適合參加，到時見！(場內佈置詳情可瀏覽 https://www.archclimbingwall.com/building-one)
備註：參加者需要在開始前觀看安全影片及簽署同意書，自行負責攀石帶來的潛在風險。參加者應根據自己的能力選擇攀石路線，初學者切勿越級挑戰。
Bouldering is considered by many as a gender-neutral sport. It is highly beneficial for improving coordination, muscle strength, flexibility as well as strategic thinking. HKB Project LGBTQ+ has chosen a bouldering venue that provides climbing routes of various difficulty levels for you to challenge yourself. Note: Participants are required to watch a safety video and sign a consent form before starting. Participants are responsible for the potential risks associated with bouldering and should choose routes that match their abilities. Beginners should avoid attempting advanced routes.
