隨住天氣轉涼，唔少人都覺得比較難外出同朋友見面或活動一下身體。如果你有興趣做下運動同同其他人傾下偈，歡迎參加英國港僑協會由十二月到明年三月每月一次嘅八段錦班同茶聚。
As it gets colder, many might find it harder to go outside, hang out with friends and stay active. If you’re interested in getting some exercise and socialising with others, Hongkongers in Britain cordially invite you to join our monthly Ba Duan Jin session and tea gathering from December to March.
