「新一年要 ___！」 新一年咁多目標同願望要一步步達成一啲都唔易。新一年，英國港僑協會聯同大樹下合作社邀請咗在英多年嘅瑜伽老師 Vivian 喺 Wembley 舉辦瑜伽體驗班。無論新一年想改善身心健康，識朋友或者開始一個新興趣，呢個都會係 2024 年最佳嘅起點！ ( 是次活動只限成人參與。 ) 

‘I will ___ this year!’ Achieving our new year resolutions is no easy task. At the start of the year, Hongkongers in Britain have collaborated with Blossom Community HK CIC, to organise an open-level yoga session in Wembley, led by Vivian, an experienced yoga teacher. Whether your goal for the new year is to improve physical and mental health, make new friends, or explore a new hobby, you can count on this session to be a great start for a fruitful 2024. This class is for adults only.

來自香港，2022 年獲得瑜珈老師資格後現於倫敦西北部多處教瑜珈班，包括流瑜伽 (Vinyasa Flow)、力量瑜伽 (Power Yoga)、高溫瑜伽 (Hot Yoga)、陰陽瑜伽 (Yin Yang)、陰瑜伽 (Yin Yoga)、溫和瑜珈 (Gentle/Slow)。
Originally from Hong Kong, having qualified as a yoga teacher in 2022, Vivian now teaches weekly yoga classes in studios across North West London, teaching a broad range of yoga, such as Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yang, Yin Flow and Gentle/Slow.
