中醫健康網上講座 – 大夫，我係咪有病啊？
嚟到英國，想調理身體但無從入手？英國港僑協會將會聯同英國青木堂中醫舉辦中醫健康網上講座。好高興邀請到香港及英國註冊中醫黎淑賢醫師 ( 腎子醫師 ) 為大家講解點樣分辨自己係寒底定熱底、應唔應該飲涼茶、食咩可以補身，以及教你點樣根據舌象同脈象診斷身體體質。是次講座以香港語進行，歡迎任何人參加。
Do you want to improve your physical wellbeing but not sure how? Hongkongers in Britain will collaborate with Eastwood Traditional Medicine Clinic UK to host a Traditional Chinese Medicine webinar. We are delighted to have Venus Lai, a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong and the UK, share with us how to determine whether your body system is naturally ‘colder’ or ‘hotter’, whether you should drink herbal tea, and what to eat to nourish your body. She will decode for us what your tongue and pulse say about your body system. This event will be conducted in Hongkongese; register now to secure your spot!
