你知道甚麼是香水油嗎？香水油由天然精油調配而成，因個人體溫的不同而散發不同的香氣。香氣不但有助釋放壓力及情緒，你也可以透過選取精油的過程，覺察自己的喜好和想法。在是次工作坊中，導師會帶領大家使用天然精油及基底油調配一支屬於你的香水油，配合靜觀技巧，讓你在忙碌中叉叉電。完成工作坊後，你可以把 10ml 你自製的香水油帶回家，希望香氣可以繼續陪伴你迎接生活的種種挑戰。
How much do you know about perfume oil? Perfume oil is blended from natural essential oil and it develops differently on different people. Not only are fragrances beneficial for relieving stress and negative emotions, through creating your fragrance, you can also know more about your preferences and thoughts. In this workshop, you will create your perfume oil using mindfulness techniques that you will learn, taking a break from the stresses of daily life. After the workshop, you can take home 10ml of your unique perfume oil which will hopefully accompany you as you go about your day-to-day life.
