除了士的糖和熱朱古力之外，聖誕當然少不了薑餅。據説薑餅起源於中世紀的英格蘭。時至今日，薑餅可以以許多不同形式呈現，例如薑餅人、薑餅屋，或者簡單的薑餅也十分美味。誠邀你參加英國港僑協會舉辦的薑餅人工作坊，一同慶祝佳節。

Apart from candy canes and hot chocolate, gingerbread is a must in the Christmas season. Gingerbread is said to have originated from Medieval England. Nowadays, gingerbread takes many forms, such as gingerbread people and gingerbread houses, or as simple biscuits. You are cordially invited to join the gingerbread people workshop organised by Hongkongers in Britain, and share the festivity together.
